Larry Carter

Larry Carter is the Co-Founder and Lead Pastor of Rivers of Living Water Ministry in Sanford & Cocoa, Florida. Alongside his wife, Syles, he ministers with a passion for teaching biblical truth with clarity and power. Known for his anointing as a revivalist and conference speaker, Pastor Larry specializes in helping believers live victoriously through the Word. Above all, he is devoted to CHRIST, whom he joyfully serves. Larry and Syles are blessed with three children and six grandchildren.
